| Registration forms without a 50% deposit will not be considered. Deposits are non-refundable. |
| All campers in Day Camp and After Care must be picked up on time. If a camper is not picked up by 3:15 pm he/she will automatically be placed in after care for $10.00 a day. Campers not picked up by 5:30 sharp will be charged an additional $10.00 for every 10 minutes. The building will be closed at 5:45 pm. |
| All registered campers MUST turn in their current health records by camper's start date. No camper will be allowed without this documentation. Documentation needed: Florida Certification of Immunization (Blue Form) & the Medical Evaluation (Yellow Form) Campers from out of State may bring their State's Health Form. |
